Sally Fallon of westonaprice.org has some super information about healthy living, proper diet, etc. Her book, Nourishing Traditions, is filled with many ideas for preserving foods with milk products. Sally is not Messianic.

FreeRangeStudios of freerangestudios.com (go to Flash) has some funny, yet informative flash videos regarding organic food and nutrition. The ones we recommend are: StoreWars, Genetically Krafted, and The Meatrix. Please note: This is not a Bible site! If you go to the other flash films, you do so at your own risk. The others appear to be mostly political in nature.
GoneRaw.com is a wonderful place to find hundreds of "raw" recipes. You will have a great time searching for just that right dish.
UrbanHomemaker.com is a site operated by Marilyn Moll. She is very helpful and keeps all of us "homemakers" filled with things to contemplate and goodies to purchase to make our work load lighter.

We are thilled with FFOZ after taking several of their courses and hearing Boaz and others teach the basics of the Messianic belief and lifestyle in person at local conferences and on DVD/Videos. One of our favorite teaching magazines is messiah magazine. It can be obtained by a donation of any amount. And, it is worth every dollar! Some of the highlights of their site are: Weekly torah teaching (parashah), Hebrew roots information, online store, Torah for Kids, Torah Club, weekly edrash (e-study), Torah reading schedule and more.
Tony Robinson, teacher at restorationoftorah.org. A terrific site for online Messianic teaching through "thematic analysis," which are big words to show you how to learn Torah in a simple way. These teachings follow the weekly Torah schedule. You can receive each one via email by contacting restorationoftorah.org and sending an email. Tony also teaches Hebrew and has many resources online.
Al Jarman, teacher at Bethavara (Bethabara) Congregation in Cleveland, TN. This is our family’s sister Messianic congregation, as we now host Congregation Lev Tahor Israel in Murphy, NC. Bethavara's website, which is currently under construction, is bethabara-hebraic.org. This congregation meets weekly on Shabbat at 5 p.m. for a Torah Service.
