HOLY DAYS & FEASTS - EXPLAINED

Have you ever wondered which holidays Yeshua/Jesus and his talmidim (disciples/apostles) observed?  I can assure you it was not the unscriptural holidays of Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and other sun-god worship days.  They followed the Torah and observed those Holy Days and Feasts that were commanded by God to be kept "forever."  That is why, when reading the New Testament, you will see Yeshua/Jesus and His talmadim/disciples going up to the Temple at the specific times, the moedim (appointed times) of the Father.

Many have been taught that these Holy Days and Feasts were done away.  However, if you read about each one, you will realize that when God said "forever," He meant just that.  Each of these moedim, appointed times to meet with the Father, teach us more fully about the Scriptures and the first and second coming of Messiah.  In not celebrating them, which for most of these is a commandment, we are missing out on tremendous blessings.

Here are each of the "commanded" Holy Days and Feasts as well as a few traditional or non-commanded ones.  However, these are very educational and prophetic in nature.  Once you begin to follow the ways of the Master, you will realize what you have been missing.  You will begin to understand the "abundant life."  For specific "dates," please click on "Holy Days & Feasts--Dates."
