SQUASH COUNTRY STYLE
Ingredients:
Several Squash - use: yellow straight or crookneck and/or zucchini, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 Tbls. butter
salt and pepper to taste
How to:
In a skillet large enough for the squash:
1. Melt butter over medium high heat (do not burn)
2. Add onion and squash
3. Stir until squash and onions begin to change consistency–about 5 minutes.
4. Turn burner to low and cook about 5 to 10 minutes longer. Veggies should not
be mushy.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
