EASY CHILI-MAC SUPPER

Ingredients:

1 to 1-1/2 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken, chevon)
1 large onion, chopped
3 Tbls. olive oil
1-1/2 to 2 tsp. salt (Real or Celtic Sea Salt)
3-4 heaping Tbls. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves, crushed
1- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
½ tomato can of water
1 lb. elbow macaroni or similar-sized macaroni (small shells, tubetti, etc.)

How to:

1. Brown meat, onion, and seasonings in olive oil.
2. Add tomatoes and water.
3. Cook simmering for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Add macaroni, stirring together.
5. Cook for approximately 15-30 minutes until macaroni is done - al dente, not mushy.

*NOTE: If using goat meat, brown meat by itself and drain thoroughly in a colander. Add onion and seasonings. Leave out the olive oil, unless you happen to like the taste in your chili.
