GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
Makes 1 - 9-inch pie shell
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup cracker crumbs (we like Cookie Lovers - to crumb, use a blender or
food processor)
3 Tbls. Sucanat
1/3 cup butter, organic, softened
How to:
Combine crumbs and Sucanat.
Stir in melted butter until thoroughly mixed.
Pack mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
Chill one hour before filling.
OR, if you prefer a baked shell, bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
Cool, chill and fill.
