GINGER, ACAI, CRANBERRY TEA

This is a wonderfully fruity tea that tastes great anytime, but
especially good after dinner. I like the little bit of ginger taste,
which truly helps with digestion.
Teas are not just flavored water. Each herb or fruit you
place in the cup represents something that can relax, rejuvenate, stimulate,
assist in healing, etc. Please check out
each ingredient to be sure it is something you desire. ALL
herbs are not for ALL people. There are many websites with herb
facts or you can purchase herb books for quick reference.
Our family loves to make teas of all types. We will be
sharing some of our favorite recipes with you from time to time.
Many ideas are in the book I recommended months ago: The
Herbal Tea Garden by Marietta Marshall Marcin.
