SPICY DIPPING
SAUCE
For Nori Maki, Wontons, or Egg
Rolls
Makes 5 small dipping bowls
Ingredients:
½ cup fermented soy sauce
1 Tbls. honey
1 tsp. fresh garlic, crushed
1 heaping tsp. scallion (green onion), minced
1 Tbls fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
How to:
Mix all ingredients together. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes or
more. Serve in very small, individual dipping bowls, usually found in oriental
shops or Pier1 Imports.
Sauce should be stored in a glass container.
