SMOKED TROUT DIP
Ingredients:
1 large smoked trout, boned, flaked
4 ounces cream cheese, organic, softened (not low fat)
8 ounces sour cream, organic
6 ounces cottage cheese, small curd 4% fat,, organic
1 Tbls. dehydrated onion or 1/2 small onion finely chopped
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
salt to taste
1/8 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. thyme
Mix all ingredients except cottage cheese. Fold in cottage cheese.. Serve with crackers, toasts or veggies.
