LOU’S MARINATED MUSHROOMS
AND ARTICHOKES

Ingredients:

1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, stems & pieces or sliced, drained
1 - 13.75 oz. can artichoke hearts, quartered, water packed, drained
¼ cup olive oil
Juice from ½ large lime
salt, to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ tsp. Thai crushed pepper or crushed cayenne pepper (red pepper flakes)
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. basil
1 heaping Tbls. salad olives
1 heaping tsp. minced cherry peppers

How to:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Put mixture into a pint canning jar and seal.
3. Add extra olive oil to top up. Shake mixture together.
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
5. Bring to room temperature before serving to bring olive oil back to a liquid state.
