HEALTHY FRUIT POPS

Ingredients:

12 - 6 oz. paper cups
12 popsicle sticks (purchase from any store having craft materials)
1 can frozen mixed-fruit JUICE, not juice drink
1 juice can of cold water
several frozen strawberries
1 small can crushed pineapple in its own juice or fresh
1/4 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
a blender
12 plastic sandwich bags or plastic wrap to cover

How to:

1. To your blender add frozen juice and one can of water.
2. Blend until mixed.
3. Add frozen berries, pineapple and coconut and blend only until beginning to break up.
4. Divide equally among the 12 paper cups.
5. Insert a stick and cover with plastic bags or wrap (to keep freezer smell off).
6. Place in freezer until completely frozen.

If you use only sugar free ingredients, you will have a wonderfully, healthy treat.

Be creative...mix in different types of fruit and juices.
