DRIED FRUIT AND NUT CANDIES

Mix together any of the following ingredients, as desired:
(No sugar should be added, so please check packages.)

Nuts: raw, toasted, whole or chopped (health food store)
Seeds: raw, toasted, sesame, sunflower, poppy, etc. (health food store)
Nut Butters: macadamia, peanut, sesame, almond, etc. (health food store)
Toasted bran
Coconut flakes, unsugared and unsulfured (health food store)

Chocolate chips: Sunspire or Cloud Nine (health food store)
Honey
Pure Vanilla or other pure extracts
Dried fruit, chopped in pieces (health food store)
Barley Malt syrup (health food store)
Maple syrup
Finely shredded, unsweetened coconut (health food store) for rolling candies

How to:

1. Mix all selected ingredients together. Mix well.
2. With a teaspoon, take amount needed for candy.
3. Roll in small dish of shredded coconut.
4. Place on waxed paper in an air-tight container.
For other layers, just add more wax paper.
5. If not using that day, refrigerate.
