CHEESE STRAWS - 1
Makes 9 dozen
Ingredients:
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
2 stick butter (unsalted best)
3 cup freshly-ground whole wheat flour (use soft white pastry or hard
white berries, fine grind)
1 tsp baking POWDER
1 tsp. salt (Real or Celtic Sea Salt)
½ tsp. red pepper (cayenne powder)
How to:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Form into straws by rolling with hands.
3. Bake on ungreased pan at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Makes 3 dozen
Ingredients:
1 tsp. cayenne powder
2 cups shredded Sharp cheddar (or ½ in pepper cheese)
1/3 cup butter (unsalted)
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp salt (Real or Celtic Sea Salt)
1 cup freshly-ground whole wheat flour (use soft white pastry or hard
white berries, fine grind)
1/3 tsp. baking POWDER
How to:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Shape into straws by rolling with hands.
3. Bake on greased pan at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
